Yes, and there’s no penalty. You can add or remove pages/accounts, or upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
You can subscribe in-app via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or AmEx) or PayPal through our secure online payment system. No contracts or commitments necessary — and you can cancel at any time. If you subscribe to a monthly plan, your premium will automatically recur each month on the anniversary of your subscription.
We offer the option to be invoiced for your subscription for our Medium, Large, X-Large or Enterprise plans. To cover administrative costs, manual invoices are available only for annual plans without the annual discount. This means your invoice will be the monthly cost of your plan multiplied by 12.
Yes, if you pick monthly billing then the subscription is month-to-month, renewed automatically. However there's no commitment and you can cancel anytime. If you pick annual billing, you're committed for the next 12 months. The annual subscription is pre-paid for one year with a discount of up to 20%.
Yes, you can. Each additional competitor is US$5/mo. You will be able to compare Total Fans, Talking about this, Fan posts, Page posts, Interactions, and Engagement. You can learn more about how we calculate these metrics here
We do! We offer a 25% discount on our monthly plan price or 15% on our annual plan price to all registered nonprofit organizations.
A social profile is any social media page you manage. So, for example if you manage 5 Facebook Business pages, 2 Twitter accounts, and 1 YouTube page, that would be 8 social profiles total.
Currently, you can connect any of the following: Facebook business pages, Twitter profiles, Instagram business profiles, LinkedIn business pages and personal profiles, YouTube profiles/channels.
No, but some Facebook pages have extremely high activity (PTAT 100K). If you manage a page like this, please contact us. We’ll be happy to help. If your tweets, retweets, mentions, DMs and monitored searches exceed your plan’s limit ( 30k small, 100k medium+) you’ll lose synchronization for one day, which will be regained in 24 hours.
Our Support team works around the clock 7 days a week with an average response time of 25 minutes. Our Large and Enterprise plan will receive priority chat + email support as well, which typically means a lower response time and the ability to have access to chat Support directly in the platform.

Yes, you can publish directly to your Instagram business platform, just like the other platforms! However, Instagram does not allow access to direct publishing for personal profiles. Here are instructions on how to change your personal profile to a business profile
Unfortunately, we do not provide RFPs at this time. We are a self-service software solution, so in lieu of an RFP, we offer a free-trial that can be extended once when more evaluation time is needed. For Large and above plans, we also offer personal demos.
