How have public health services adapted their social media during the pandemic? We spoke to Muiriosa Ryan, the Social Media Manager at Health Service Executive (HSE) to find out.
Having worked with HSE for a number of years Muiriosa reflects on the things her social media team needed to scale up their response in such a critical time for the service and how public sector communications have adapted to incorporate social media into their work.
The HSE social media team use Agorapulse to manage their social media which includes Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin. Their channels have a combined following of over half a million.
