Improved push notifications for the mobile app

We know how important it is to have control over your social campaigns when you’re not next to your computer. To make the on-the-go experience even more advanced, we’ve introduced new types of mobile notifications in our app.

Mobile users will now be able to receive push notifications when :

  • Their approval is requested to publish a post
  • A post they sent for approval has been approved
  • A post they sent for approval has been rejected
  • A post they wanted to publish has failed to publish
  • An inbox item is assigned to them

Videos have consistently been a highly engaging content format on social media. To optimize your content and achieve better outcomes, measuring video engagement is crucial.

You can now analyze and export video metrics for Facebook and Instagram in your reports. For Facebook, the metrics cover both organic and paid views, along with click statistics. On Instagram, you can evaluate video views specifically for your Reels once again within the Performance report.
