Agorapulse Launches MCP to Let Social Media Teams Work from Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Agorapulse launched the Agorapulse MCP on October 29, 2026, connecting its social media management platform to Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Social media teams can ask their AI for reports, listening insights, inbox summaries, and post drafts based on their own Agorapulse data.
- Every post and reply the AI drafts is reviewed and approved by a person before it goes out.
- The AI sees only the profiles and data each person can already access in Agorapulse, and the connector stores no data.
- Setup takes a few minutes and no code, and the Agorapulse MCP is available now to all subscribers.
PARIS, October 29, 2026 – Agorapulse, the social media management platform, today announced the Agorapulse MCP server. Social media teams can now connect Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot Studio to Agorapulse so they can work with their social media data within their preferred AI assistant.
The AI works from the team’s real social performance, conversations, and audience, so every report, post, and reply it drafts is built on the brand’s own data. Nothing goes out until someone on the team approves it.
Setup takes a few minutes and needs no code. A user adds Agorapulse as a connector in their AI settings and signs in with their Agorapulse account. Each person connects with their own login, so the AI assistant only sees the profiles and data that person can access in Agorapulse, Agorapulse doesn’t keep a copy of the data your AI reads.
With the Agorapulse MCP server, social media teams customize the way they use the inbox, listening, and reporting features. Once connected, teams can:
- Listen to the market: ask what people say about a brand or category across social networks, Reddit, news, and forums, which topics come up alongside it, how sentiment changes over time, and how the brand compares with its competitors.
- Triage the inbox: read comments, private messages, mentions, and reviews across profiles, group them by topic and sentiment, and prepare replies that go out once the user confirms them or a manager approves them.
- Get reports in a few prompts: ask for growth, reach, top posts, labeled campaign results, audience demographics, competitors benchmark, or team response time, in whatever format a manager or client needs.
- Draft from what worked: ask which posts performed best, then turn the next idea into drafts for each profile and add calendar notes for the team.
Teams can combine Agorapulse data with the other tools connected to their AI, such as web analytics or email marketing, in a single report.
Agorapulse built the connector so teams keep the final say on what goes public. The AI assistant confirms every inbox reply with the user before sending it. When an approval workflow covers the profile, the reply waits for a manager. Agorapulse also chose not to give their AI assistants a “publish now” action: drafts land in Agorapulse, where the team reviews them before anything goes live.
“Our customers already spend most of their day in Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot, and until now they exported their Agorapulse data to get it there. We brought Agorapulse to them instead,” said Emeric Ernoult, CEO and co-founder of Agorapulse. “One agency coordinator told us it saves him about 80 minutes a month per client, and with 16 clients he can’t imagine working without it.”
Availability
The Agorapulse MCP server is available today to all subscribers. Users need a paid plan on their AI assistant: Claude Pro or above, ChatGPT Go or above, or Microsoft Copilot Studio. The setup guide is on the Agorapulse help center, and a prompt library is on the Agorapulse MCP integrations hub.
In the coming days, the Agorapulse MCP will let teams schedule, edit, and delete posts from within their AI assistant.
Agorapulse MCP is listed in the Claude connector directory.
